This PDF poster is a useful resource for Psychoeducation, supporting students with SEMH needs such as anxiety, anger difficulties and stress to identify their feelings and experiences. This resource is suitable for students with ADHD and ASD and can be used to guide students through their emotions, helping them identify their triggers and warning signs for the ‘red zone’. Some ideas for the use include: In classrooms, pastoral rooms, counselling offices, SEN intervention rooms, PSHE classes and in staff offices or medical rooms. Worksheets available for £1 on my page too. All feedback is welcome!

Mental health first aid kit work sheets. Students can use these to identify positive coping skills for sensory difficulties and emotional issues. Examples of what to put in the ‘first aid kit’ could include wearing ear defenders, eating regularly and having non-verbal communication aids on hand for when anxiety peaks. This exercise can also provide an opportunity to identify ways of coping with anxiety, stress and depression. All resources can be adapted and used with different students.
